Rest assured, all items go through quality control/checks before they are shipped out.

Please ensure you are 100% satisfied before you place your order.

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, once your order has been placed we are unable to accept any returns nor provide any refunds. Exceptions on returns include faulty/damaged items.

We are happy to do a one off cancellation or change your order under certain circumstances. However, please note this only applies if your order has not yet been dispatched.  If your item has been dispatched, you will not be able to return, exchange, cancel or receive a refund unless the item is damaged/faulty.
